Am so pleased and really happy with my new windows from BS15Doors. This company was recommended to me. Had them come out to measure and quote for replacement windows. Estimator came the time he said to measure up. Explained thoroughly the process and gave advice on styles and finishes available and what would suit best the house. He also explained the finish and how they would look inside and out around the brickwork, which was helpful. Quote was sent quickly. A good price too. All agreed, windows came. The fitters came on the day that was arranged. They are employed by the company and are not sub-contractors. The fitters did a great job, took pride in their work and were really tidy. Windows look mint. Communication throughout the process was really good. They even ensured i was totally happy with everything before i paid their invoice in full. Am really happy. We love our new door from BS15doors. It is high quality, sturdy, and looks great.
There was a huge variety to choose from and I found the process easy and efficient.
It took a bit longer for the door to arrive, but these things happen. They were able to offer us a time for the installation that suited our needs. The installation was fast and clean. Excellent family business. Quality windows and doors, fitted professionally and in very good time. John and Ruth were so helpful and went that extra mile to ensure everything went smoothly, which it did. John was extremely mindful of my mobility issues and made safety adjustments to help. Darryll and Matt always arrived on time and were respectful of our property.
