Highly recommend Endurance door from BS15 doors & Windows Ltd. I ordered a bespoke Endurance composite door, Combe style, anthracite grey outside with a slam lock. We also had a new half flag window installed. Could not be happier with the quality of both. Installed in BS16 area. The installers were fantastic, did a great job, vacuumed and left the property spotless. The family-run business is very easy to deal with, especially Ruth, who went above and beyond and sorted a trickle vent in a window which was not supposed to be there initially. I am so pleased that I found BS15. I wondered at first because I didn’t want to deal with a big impersonal company. Turns out, they are a family company, which means their customer service is second to none. We had an endurance door fitted in postcode BS5.
I had another quote for the same door, from another company, which was £500 more expensive.
The chaps who came to fit the door could not have been more helpful. Their attention to detail was superb and our door looks fantastic. I believe that we have had really good value for money. Neighbours have commented on the quality of the finish. Also the door feels really meaty and secure. Thank you to the whole team for a great experience, whilst making what is a big purchase. We are over the moon with our lovely, new Hallmark front door! After getting a really competitive quote from BS15 Doors and Windows I checked out their reviews - I felt confident to order through them. The initial survey took minutes, the door arrived within a few weeks and the fitting was super efficient. There was not a trace of mess once the chaps had finished. Incredible!

I contacted BS14doors & Windows when we were looking for  new composite front door. We had an idea of what we wanted and Ruth was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote and answer all our questions. The communication was excellent, keeping us informed on when the door was expected and to arrange fitting. On the day they turned up promptly and fitted the door, leaving everything really tidy.
